Coshocton Coshocton ’ s varsity girls soccer team fell to Carrollton 0-2 .
The Lady Skins trailed 0-1 at the half after a lackluster first 40 minutes and gave up another goal in the second half to drop a nonconference game at Carrollton .
Carrollton had a 12-8 advantage in shots . Coshocton had several opportunities in the second half but couldn ’ t find the net . Senior Addie Underwood had a nice game in the middle , and junior Mia Lauvray stood out on the wing . Madi MacDonald had five saves in the net .
CHS came back to record a 4-2 victory against Maysville .
The Lady Skins got down 0-1 early on an unlucky own goal , but Addie Underwood found Zoey Tumblin to tie it up two minutes later . Tumblin intercepted an errant pass and made the Panthers pay in the 20th minute . Then Tumblin assisted a Mia Lauvray goal 42 seconds before half .
With 16 minutes left in the game , Tumblin assisted a Jersey Stipes goal . Maysville ’ s Kelsie Lee finished the scoring with 13 minutes left in the game . Madi MacDonald had five saves on the night . Coshocton held an 11-5 advantage on shots .
“ The girls played as a team and once again bounced back from a defeat this weekend ,” head coach Kimmie Underwood said . “ Sophia Skelton had a standout game defensively for the Redskins .”
The Lady Redskins varsity volleyball team fell short at home in a tough five-set loss to New Lexington High School . The freshmen team won in two , and the JV lost in two .
CHS was led by Kenidi Jackson with 14 kills , Lilah Laaper with 37 assists and Jaeli Teidt with 20 digs . In the JV match , Phoenix Celeschi had 10 digs .
The varsity then bounced back with a five-set win against Garaway , but there were tough losses for the subvarsity and JV .
Kenidi Jackson had 19 digs , Jaeli Teidt had 13 and Saige Abbott had 14 . Lilah Laaper had 12 digs and 40 assists . Lacey Guthrie added 18 kills . In the JV match , Phoenix Celeschi had six digs , and Savannah Gambill had six assists .
Coshocton took down Maysville in three sets . Coshocton JV won in two , and the subvarsity lost in two .
Lilah Laaper had 29 assists , and Lacey Guthrie had 12 kills . In the JV match , Savannah Gambill had 10 assists .
The Lady Skins then took John Glenn out in three sets at home on Sept . 12 . Lilah Laaper collected 38 assists , Jaeli Teidt had 12 digs and Kenidi Jackson 11 , and Lacey Guthrie had 14 kills .
On Sept . 5 Coshocton ’ s varsity boys golf team played Tri-Valley and Morgan at Vista Golf Course .
Team scores were Tri-Valley with 153 , Coshocton with 207 and Morgan with 214 . CHS was led by Bransyn Dawson with 45 , Zach Fink with 48 , Jerison Spain with 59 and Tristan Hartmeyer with 55 .
On Sept . 10 CHS played the back nine at Fullers Fairways against Philo . Team scores were Philo with 181 and Coshocton with 217 .
Coshocton ’ s individual scores were Bransyn Dawson with 50 , Zach Fink with 54 , Jerison Spain with 56 and Tristan Hartmeyer with 57 .
On Sept . 12 the boys took on Sheridan at River Greens on the River Course . Team scores were Sheridan with 160 and Coshocton with 199 .

On Sept . 5 the Ridgewood Lady Golf Generals finished their last home match of the season at River Greens with a win over Sandy Valley of 180-190 . They played the Pines course , and par was 36 .
Ridgewood ’ s team score was 180 . Individual scores were Brynn Harstine with 34 , Jacey Hess with 44 , Josie Stanton with 47 and Zoe Martin with 55 .
Brynn Harstine was medalist of the match with her 34 . She also had an eagle and two birdies . Jacey Hess had one birdie .
The Ridgewood Lady Golf Generals won their match against Newcomerstown on Sept . 11 at Hickory Flats Golf Course . Par was 36 , and the Generals won 165- 227 . This was the Generals lowest scoring match of the season .
Individual scores were Brynn Harstine with 36 , Zoe Martin with 49 , Josie Stanton with 39 and Jacey Hess with 41 . Harstine and Stanton each had one birdie .
Individual scores for Newcomerstown were Kristen Gibson with 50 , Sidney Beall with 55 , Jaide Miller with 59 and Allison Halsey with 63 .
On Sept . 11 the Generals battled the Saints from Tuscarawas Central Catholic . TCC came away victorious 185-206 .
Scoring for the Generals were Vince Menapace with 45 , Wade Thompson with 47 , Beau Hardesty with 56 and Conrad Robinson with 58 .
Ridgewood ’ s varsity boys golf team battled the Trojans from Newcomerstown on Sept . 12 at River Greens Golf Course .
The Generals won the match with a team score of 190 , and Newcomerstown finished with a team score of 208 .

The young Black Bears picked up another win on Sept . 11 with a 133-187 victory over TCC . River View ’ s individual scores were Colton Gress with 29 , Clark Frischen with 31 , Makayla Gress with 36 , Bryson Darr with 38 , Bronson Gress with 42 and Ty Woodward with 37 .
On Sept . 5 River View ’ s varsity boys golf team competed against Meadowbrook and West Muskingum at Cambridge Country Club .
River View ’ s individual scores were Caleb Kline with 36 , Gavin Gress with 40 and Reid Johnson with 60 .
On Sept . 12 the boys golfed against Morgan at Lakeside Golf Course .
Team scores were River View 361 and Morgan with 413 . River View ’ s individual scores were Gavin Gress with 73 , Caleb Kline with 80 , Reid Johnson with 99 and Grier Johnson with 109 .
River View High School varsity girls golf team had a match with Tri-Valley at Hickory Flats on Sept . 9 . Team scores were River View with 224 and Tri-Valley with 198 .

The Lady Bears then faced Philo and West Muskingum on the back nine at the Jaycees Golf Course in Zanesville . River View ’ s team score was 239 . Individual scores were Kortnee Mickle with 50 , Addyson Blair with 58 , Madison Bell with 64 , Shieann Waldren with 67 and Carlie Stottlemire with 69 .
