River View High School seniors remember 9-11 with ceremony
Dalyn Lemon coordinated the 9-11 Ceremony for seniors at River View High School as part of his Citizenship Senior Project . The assembly is for seniors
only because they do not have a social studies class during the day .
The Coshocton County Color Guard presented the colors , followed by the senior choir members singing the national anthem . Josh Branch , principal , gave the opening . Hayden Walters , senior class president , laid a wreath by the tree that
commemorates the 10th anniversary . He also read a poem . Lemon called for a moment of silence after explaining the significance of the tree , which was bought by Mrs . Hemming ’ s AP government class in 2011 .
