Coshocton Foundation distributes grant money

The distribution committee of the Coshocton Foundation had its third and final meeting of fiscal year 2024 recently and reviewed 15 grant applications totaling $ 278,995.97 . The committee awarded nine grants totaling $ 127,296.06 to various community organizations . The grants awarded

—$ 49,516.86 to Kids America Inc . to assist with its HVAC replacement project .
—$ 20,000 to the Village of Warsaw to assist in making the River View Community Park more ADA accessible with ADA playground equipment .

The Coshocton Foundation Distribution Committee ’ s first meeting for fiscal year 2025 will be in early January . The deadline for unrestricted grant applications for the meeting will be Friday , Dec . 13 at 4 p . m .
The Coshocton Foundation was established in 1966 through the last will and testament of local merchant Adolph Golden and has distributed over $ 9 million in grants to community organizations from its unrestricted fund . In addition , the foundation has over 175 restricted funds from which distributions are made for specific purposes . This is a great play to get your on-stage experience , as each scene is only seven to nine minutes long . Veteran and novice actors will have an incredible opportunity to delve into character development without having to memorize an entire play . Newcomers are sincerely welcome . Two to nine women in their late teens to mid 40s are needed and so are two to nine men in their late teens to mid 40s .
Rehearsals will be Oct . 14 through Dec . 5 at Triple Locks Theater . Performances are Dec . 6-15 at Triple Locks Theater .
This show will be extremely unique in the fact it will have three directors . Shelly Lillibridge , Nathan Mayse and Shane Pyle will individually direct three scenes each for a total of nine scenes . Executive Director Susan Metz Guthrie will oversee the whole production . The show is produced by Patty Wherley . Stage manager is Helen Scholfield .
