Ridgewood Middle School selects its 4-Star Generals
Ridgewood Middle School named its 4-Star Generals for the month of September .
These students have led by example while representing character , integrity and hard work at Ridgewood Middle School . Each 4-Star General represents a grade level .
The winners for September were Odin Lahna , fourth grade ; Harper Dotson , fifth grade ; Lucas Lahmers , sixth grade ; and Mackenzie Specht , seventh grade .

Wesney is River View ’ s new Elks Teen of the Month
Kyndal Wesney is River View ’ s Elks Teen of the Month for September . She is the daughter of Brittany and Brandon Wesney of Coshocton .
Wesney has been involved in the following school activities : cheerleading and serving as captain this year , National Honor Society , National Technical Honor Society , student council , Den Leaders , Class of 2025 secretary , Spirit Club and was vice president ,
Leadership Enrichment for two years , Letterman ’ s Club , and was a 4-H camp counselor . She also is in the process of doing her senior project partnered with First Step to help raise awareness of domestic violence and

Her community activities include being in the 4-H group Active Achievers for six years and being vice president of that club for one year . In her years of 4-H , she has taken the project market chickens . In the 4-H group , she has helped raise money for struggling members of her community . She attends mobile markets where she helps pass out food to the community . She also is a member of the Coshocton NewPointe Community Church and works at Killing Tree Winery .
She also attends the Coshocton County Career Center and is in the cosmetology program , where she has taken first place in hair and nail competitions and went to regionals for SkillsUSA . Upon graduation she plans on having her cosmetology license and working in a salon , potentially opening her own salon or having a suite in the near future .
