Coshocton Coshocton girls varsity soccer beat Sandy Valley 2-1 . Coshocton battled back from a one-goal deficit to get the road win . Zoey Tumblin scored four minutes before the half . After quite the battle in the second , Coshocton prevailed when Tumblin got the game winner with two minutes left in the match .
Coshocton had the advantage in shots 16-6 . Madi MacDonald had two saves in the goal .

“ Great team win and proud of the grit and determination the entire team showed ,” CHS head coach Kimmie Underwood said .
The Lady ‘ Skins then fell to Tri-Valley 0-6 .
“ We hung in tough in the first half but surrendered four goals in 11 minutes the second half to fall to the big-school MVL champs Tri-Valley ,” Underwood said .
Madi MacDonald had three saves for Coshocton .
“ I very proud of every girl ,” Underwood said . “ The final score doesn ’ t represent how well they played . We want to wish our seven seniors good luck and congratulate them on a great career . The four-year lettermen are Courtney Snyder , Sophia Skelton , Addison Underwood , Gabby Wesney and Ashley Bryant , and two-year lettermen are Haylie Gates and Nela Wiredu .”
