Several chances for community to see River View bands, choirs
There are several opportunities coming up to watch students from River View perform.
The high school band and choir concert will be Monday, May 12 at 7 p. m. in the RVHS auditorium. Come hear the RVHS band, women’ s ensemble, chamber choir,
River View Intermediate School and River View High School students participated at OMUN. They had a great time learning, debating and casting their votes on many different items across their time at the summit.
Rosaley Poland won the Leadership Award, Gavin Schott took first place in world citizenship, Jason Fox won first place for his peace poem and Bryson Darr was elected assistant secretary general. jazz band, Caribbean Steel Drum Ensemble, Certified Gold and special percussion performances.
The seventh grade and eighth grade band and choir concert will be Wednesday, May 14 at 7 p. m. in the RVHS auditorium. The seventh grade and eighth grade band, choir, jazz band, and Style Show Choir will perform.
The RVHS jazz bands and Caribbean Steel Drum Ensemble will do a special performance Wednesday, May 21 at 6 p. m. in downtown Coshocton on Court Square. This event is weather permitting.
