S. 36, which the state will pay for.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 6, 2015 Karen Locke received the Charles Boyles Ohio Master Shepherd Award. The Charles Boyles Award has been presented every year since 1987. The Warsaw woman operates a farm near Nellie which has been in her family since 1910. Locke has been involved with sheep husbandry since 1957 and even knew Boyles.“ This award was very meaningful; more than I thought it would be. I think it was more emotional because the entire family came, and they’ re spread all over the place. My kids came over 1,700 miles. I love the farm and everything I do. It was a wonderful honor because it honored my family and my heritage,” Locke said.
