LEGAL NOTICE COSHOCTON COUNTY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION NOTIFICATION OF FEE INCREASE FOR PROPERTY DIVISIONS

Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 713, the Coshocton County Regional Planning Commission hereby gives public notice of a scheduled fee increase related to the review and processing of Property Divisions.

Effective June 1, 2025, the fee for the review and approval of subdivision applications will increase from $ 100 per tract to $ 250 per tract( includes $ 50 Health District review fee). This adjustment reflects the rising administrative and technical costs associated with parcel review, compliance verification, and GIS mapping support.

All applications submitted on or after June 1, 2025 will be subject to the new fee. Applications received before June 1, 2025, with all required materials deemed complete, will be processed under the current fee schedule.

LEGAL NOTICE Coshocton Port Authority Demolition Project Bid # 01-2025

demolition of the Former Custom Glove Factory, 421 South 5th Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812, in conjunction with the Ohio Department of Development( ODOD) Brownfield Remediation Program. Additional details are provided in Bid # 01-2025 as prepared by BJAMM Environmental. Sealed bids will be received by the Coshocton Port Authority, until 3:00 pm, local time, on Friday, May 30, 2025. Bids must be sent to the Coshocton Port Authority, located at 538 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 and“ ATTENTION: BID DOCUMENTS – Former Custom Glove Factory” must be written on the exterior of the envelope. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The Coshocton Port Authority reserve the right to reject any and all bids and will award contracts to the bidder( s) submitting the best bid( s). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid( including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier’ s check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10 % of the bid( including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders.

The Coshocton Port Authority intend and require that this project be completed no later than 120-days after signing of contract.

The Coshocton Port Authority reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the best bidder for each contract. CCB: May 8, 15, 2025
