Oster honored at Ohio State Mansfield alumni event

He has received numerous awards for his advocacy including the Ron Kozlowski Award and Betty Macintosh Award. He led the campaign to establish Harmony Park, an inclusive playground in Knox County, and holds board leadership positions in various community organizations including the Knox Chamber, Coshocton United Way and Mansfield Playhouse.

Ridgewood Performing Arts will present“ Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” Friday through Sunday, April 11-13. The show will begin at 7:30 p. m. on April 11 and 12 and at 2:30 p. m. on April 13. Tickets are $ 10 and are available at ridgewoodperformingarts. ludus. com and at the door.
Music for the play is by Andrew Lloyd Weber, and lyrics are by Tim Rice.
Haley Evans, director of the production, said they always try to choose a show that the students will excel in and one that they will enjoy.
“‘ Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ is such a fun show, and we are looking forward to returning to it. It was the second show that Ms.( Jill) Collins and I directed together in my second year teaching, and it’ s always been one of our favorites,” Evans

said.“ We took a trip to Toronto with Catherine Miller and the school STRIVE program and saw‘ Joseph’ there with Donny Osmond there.”
Fifty students in third grade through 12th grade are involved with the play.
“ We are so lucky to have Shannon Folkert teaching at Ridgewood, and we knew that we would be able to have a robust youth chorus of
elementary and middle school students with her involvement,” Evans said.“ It is definitely the right show for this group of students.”
