ON TRACK Area athletes compete at state track and field meet

Coshocton High School ’ s Isreal Rice ran the 100 and 200 , running an 11.16 in the 100 meter dash , getting 11th place and missing out on the finals by three places . In the 200 he ran 22.86 , getting 17th out of 18 runners and missing out on the finals .

Ridgewood High School ’ s Cody Croy threw in the seated shot put and threw 18-11 1 / 4 , just barely missing beating his personal best . He ended up getting second overall in the state .

Coshocton High School ’ s Aiden Braxton finished sixth in the high jump , clearing 6-4 and receiving All-Ohio honors as well .

For Ridgewood High School , Kenzie Bice ran the 400 meter dash . She ran 1:00.49 , getting 16th place out of 17 runners and missing out on finals .

The Coshocton High School 4-100 relay team of Riley Woodie , Logan Wince , Antwone Johns and Isreal Rice ended up getting 18th out of 18 teams in the prelims , missing out on the finals .
