Tyler Blue Bolen , 37 , passed away Saturday , July 10 , 2021 at the Community Hospice Truman House in New Philadelphia .
He was born Sept . 29 , 1983 , in Columbus to the late Richard Dean and Lorena Lynne ( Ferrell ) Bolen . He was a 2002 graduate of River View High
School , and was a member of Conesville United Methodist Church .
Tyler loved bluegrass music and had many musician friends . He collected many instruments , including banjos , fiddles , mandolins , autoharps , and guitars . He was known for his sharp memory and he enjoyed

telling jokes and stories . Tyler had been ill for over nine months , battling wounds and other sickness , but now he is free of pain and suffers no more .
He is survived by his grandmother , Joanie ( Larry ) Mikesell of Coshocton ; and his dog , Josie .
In addition to his parents , he was preceded in death by his grandparents , Bob & Edith Bolen ; and great-grandparents , George & Lillian Slaughter .
Funeral services were held at 11 a . m . Friday , July 16 , 2021 , at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw , with Pastor Jeff Calkins officiating . Burial followed in Valley View Cemetery . Visitation was from 4-7 p . m . Thursday , July 15 , at the funeral home , as well as prior to service time on Friday .

Evelyn P . ( Hill ) Tom Burgoon , 88 , passed away Friday , July 16 , 2021 , at Signature Healthcare .
She was born Nov . 26 , 1932 , in Muskingum Co . to the late Homer Dale and Nellie Elizabeth ( Irwin ) Hill . She married Kenneth Everett Tom on April 17 , 1954 , who preceded her in death on March 2 , 1994 . She was a homemaker and farm wife , made the best canned beef and pecan pie , and always had a pot of coffee hot & ready for visitors .

She enjoyed attending Gospel Hill Ministries , and trips to Amish Country where she visited many friends .
Evelyn is survived by two daughters , Pam ( Randy L .) Kreuter of Coshocton , and Paula ( Tim ) Skidmore of Marshall , MI ; four grandchildren , Kelly S . Kennedy of Columbus , Randy A . ( Angie ) Kreuter of Johnstown , Jenny ( Matt ) Metzger of Holland , MI , and Erin Skidmore of Marshall , MI ; great-grandchildren , Hank & Beau Kreuter , William Kennedy , and Cohen & Arlo Metzger ; two brothers , Ellis Hill , and Eddie ( Connie ) Hill , both of Zanesville ; a sister , Joyce ( John ) Skidmore of Columbus ; and several nieces & nephews .
In addition to her parents and first husband , she was preceded in death by a son , Tracy Tom ; and her second husband , Jack Burgoon .

Market hosting Christmas in July

The Coshocton Farmers Market will have a Christmas in July theme for its market on Saturday , July 24 .
Direct-sale vendors have been invited to join the regular produce and craft / artisan vendors for this one-time event . Get an early start on Christmas shopping by buying from local vendors and browse the produce stands for fresh berries , corn on the cob , green beans , beets , maple syrup , honey , jam , pies ,
sweet breads , cookies and more .
Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program and Women , Infant , Children coupons are welcome for produce purchases . Many of the craft and direct-sale vendors are able to accept credit cards .
The Coshocton Farmers Market is open every Saturday until the end of October on the 300 block of Main Street on the court square from 8:30 a . m . to noon .
