Rainbow Hills moves to new location on U . S . 36

Rainbow Hills Winery , Brewery & Pizzeria has a new home . Owners Traci and Eric Dennis recently moved the business from the back roads of the community to just off U . S . 36 next to Universe Bridal & Prom .
“ Just with serving our food , we ’ ve already increased our business ,” Traci Dennis said .
They are currently only able to serve their pizza , sandwiches , salads , and other food items and nonalcoholic beverages while they wait for the state to transfer their liquor license to the new location .
“ My husband makes his pizza dough from scratch ,” Dennis said . “ He ’ s been making it at least since 2010 .”
Eric Dennis also started brewing his own beer in 2008 and wanted to open a brewery and pizzeria someday . Traci previously worked at Raven ’ s Glenn Winery on the business side . When they heard about Rainbow
Hills going up for sale , they thought it would be a great opportunity for them and bought the business in 2018 .
“ There is so much more we can do at this location ,” Traci Dennis said . “ It ’ s like starting over . We could only seat 20 there , and now we have room for 88 .”
Eric Dennis said , “ We ran out of room at the other location . It was so small inside the other place . We ’ ve already grown our amount of seating . There are no stairs so

Coshocton Business and Professional Women will host an Unhappy Hour event on pay discrimination on Tuesday , March 12 from 5-6 p . m . at Thompson 99 , 509 Main St .

All the wine making , beer brewing and cooking will be done onsite . Right now they have eight of their American-style beers on tap and about 15 wines that range from dry to sweet .
Rainbow Hills is currently closed Mondays and Tuesdays and open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 a . m . to 7 p . m ., Fridays from 11 a . m . to 8 p . m ., Saturdays from noon to 9 p . m ., and Sundays from 11 a . m . to 3 p . m .
Both Traci and Eric Dennis look forward to serving the community and providing the best products possible at their new location .

pizza , we want it to be the best . I don ’ t see us changing our pizza dough anytime soon , but if we can find fresher , better ingredients , we will use them , and that goes for the beer and wine too . We want to make the best product possible for people to enjoy , and we are
