Lynda Susann “ Susie ” ( Willits ) Booth , 82 , of Coshocton , Ohio passed away on Sunday , Dec . 19 , 2021 , at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling , West Virginia .
She was born on Dec . 5 , 1939 in Coshocton to the late George Jay Willits and Ionia Gertrude ( Michael ) Willits .
After graduating from Coshocton High School in 1957 , she attended The Ohio State University . On Oct . 28 , 1961 , she married the love of her life , Thomas LeRoy Booth who preceded her in death on Sept . 6 , 2007 . They were married for almost 46 years .
Susie was employed at General Electric in Coshocton as a clerk , secretary , decorative customer service representative , industrial customer service representative and traffic manager . She retired in 1995 after 34 years of service .
She will always be remembered as a loving , kind and compassionate daughter , wife , mother ,
Vernon F . Saylor , 75 , of Coshocton was surrounded by his family when he went to be with the Lord on Saturday , Dec . 18 , 2021 , at Select Specialty Hospital in Newark . He was born in Coshocton , on July 12 , 1946 , to the late Francis E . and L . Irene ( Shroyer ) Saylor .
Vernon was a graduate of Three Rivers High School and retired from AK Steel . He worked many different jobs in his life including Freight Liner in North Carolina , General Electric , driving truck , and selling insurance for several years . He was a member of the Burt Avenue Wesleyan Church , loved to sing , ride his Goldwing

mother-in-law , grandmother , coworker and friend . She was the best mom ever and she was her children ’ s ’ favorite person in the whole wide world . She had such beautiful blue eyes and a heart warming smile . Listening to others was one of her special talents . She always made everybody feel loved and that they mattered . Helping people made her feel good . She was such an intelligent , encouraging , considerate , unselfish , humble and gentle woman .
Some of her favorite activities included spending time with her family , fishing , hunting , looking at the moon , listening to her family sing , cheering on the Buckeyes and traveling , especially to Canada and upstate New York . Susie was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and she was a member of the Plastics Activities Club at GE .
Survivors include two children , MaLynda Sue Booth of Coshocton and Dr . Gerald Curbeau Booth and his wife April L . ( Clark ) Booth of Colerain , Ohio ; two granddaughters , Sarah Elizabeth Booth and Lindsay Marie Booth ; special cousins , Patricia N . Michael , Larry C . Michael and Ron R . and Teresa C . Hutchison ; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law , John L . and Carol Ann Brill , William L . and Diane L . Foster and Carol L . Booth ; also many nephews , nieces , cousins and friends .
In addition to her parents and husband , Susie is preceded in death by her grandparents , Valentine Seymour Michael and Hattie Ionia ( Lint )

Vernon is survived by his wife of 57 years , Carolyn ( Phillips ) Saylor ; children , Gail ( Victor ) Reidenbach , Rick ( Beth Tackett ) Saylor , and Teresa ( Tim ) Ott ; grandchildren , April ( Travis ) Goodwill , Raymond Reidenbach , Corey ( Kelsee ) Saylor , Erica ( Stephen ) Banks , and Garth ( Katie ) Ott ; great-grandchildren , Reid , Tristan , Kaitlyn , Kayla , Leah , Joel , Rollen , Kammi , Malik , Lily , Saige , Addy , and Evander ; siblings , Karen ( Danny ) West , Steve ( Darlene ) Saylor , and Keith ( Roberta ) Saylor ; and a close family friend , Pat Wilson .
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his sister , Vicky Saylor and close friend , Dave Wilson

A graveside service was held on Tuesday , Dec . 28 , 2021 , at 2 p . m . at Coshocton County Memory Gardens , 25580 SR 621 , Coshocton , Ohio 43812 . Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home served the family .
In lieu of flowers , contributions can be made in Susie ’ s name to the Coshocton County Humane Society , P . O . Box 11 , Coshocton , Ohio 43812 .

Home , 639 Main St . in Coshocton , on Wednesday Dec . 22 , 2021 , from 11 a . m . to 1 p . m . and one hour prior to the funeral service . The funeral service was held Thursday , Dec . 23 , at 11 a . m . with Pastor Rod Uhlig and Pastor Denver Dodrill officiating . Burial followed at Coshocton County Memory Gardens .

Dr . Wendy Redmond

Dr . Wendy Redmond , M . D ., 53 , of West Lafayette passed away on Sunday , Dec . 19 , 2021 , at Trinity Medical Center . She was born on Feb . 29 , 1968 , to the late Robert Franklin Glover I and Ada Jane Higinbotham , who survives . On Aug . 23 , 1986 , Wendy married Jared Redmond , who survives .
Along with her mother Ada , stepfather Harry Cole and husband Jared , Wendy is survived by her children , Kimberly ( Steven ) Schwab of West Lafayette , Jared ( Heather ) Redmond Jr . of Coshocton and Jeremiah Redmond of West Lafayette ; grandchildren , Stormy and Luna Schwab , Ellie , Leon , Ronan , Theo , Emma , and Arthur Redmond ; brothers , Bob , Roy , Tim , and Jess Glover ; as well as several nieces and nephews . She will be missed
Jason Merce , 46 of West Lafayette passed away on Thursday , Dec . 23 , 2021 at CMRC .
He is the son of Rodney and Cristie Merce . He is survived by his brothers Keith ( Sarah ) Merce and niece Kamryn ; Brian ( Courtney ) Merce . He left behind his beloved aunts and uncles and numerous cousins . Lastly he left behind his cat buddy Pita .
Jason was welcomed into his heavenly home by his grandparents Merce and Fausnight and his Uncle Roger .
He was self-employed . He loved fishing , hunting , and outdoors .
