The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating revitalization activities through the Main Street program, and serve as a key community leader, provide strategic and operational direction, drive fundraising, and be collaberative with all stakeholders. Applicants should have education and/or professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Historic Preservation, Economics, Finance, Public Relations, Marketing, Planning, Real Estate Development, Business, or Retailing. The Executive Director must be entrepreneurial, energetic, imaginative, well organized, and capable of functioning effectively in an independent environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Salary range is $36,000-$40,000 depending on experience.
