Plaintiff has filed her complaint in the Common
Pleas Court of Coshocton County, Ohio, on July
16, 2020, alleging Defendant’s mortgage dated
September 26, 2000, recorded at Volume 197,
Page 632, Coshocton County Official Records
on October 4, 2000, to be paid off and satisfied,
but unreleased. Plaintiff seeks an order of judicial
release of mortgage if said mortgage is not
released by Defendants as per Ohio Revised
Code Section 5301.36. Defendants are to answer
said complaint and state affirmatively their
claim or forever be barred from asserting any
rights and obligations of payment of said mortgage.
Answer day is October 1, 2020. Failure to
answer shall result in judgment by default.

sustain and build on the downtown business
and living development programs in
Coshocton, Ohio.
The successful candidate will be responsible
for coordinating revitalization
activities through the Main Street program,
and serve as a key community leader,
provide strategic and operational direction,
drive, fundraising, and be collaberative
with all stakeholders. Applicants should
have education and/or professional experience
in one or more of the following areas:
Historic Preservation, Economics, Finance,
Public Relations, Marketing, Planning,
Real Estate Development, Business,
or Retailing.
The Executive Director must be entrepreneurial,
energetic, imaginative, well organized,
and capable of functioning effectively
in an independent environment. Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills are essential.
