The Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum will welcome back Jennifer Aultman, director of historic sites and museums at the Ohio History Connection, and Dr. Brad Lepper, senior archaeologist at OHC, for a special presentation on the Hopewell Ceremonial Earthworks. The event
CHS grad will speak in Zanesville Dave Brown, a 2010 Coshocton High School graduate, and coach of the Maysville Boys Basketball OHSAA DIV IV State Champions, will speak at a special May event at the Zane State College Campus Center in Zanesville.
Uniting Us will host Brown at 7 p. m. Friday, May 16. Julian Goines-
will take place on Wednesday, April 30 at 6 p. m.
Aultman and Dr. Lepper will share the latest updates on this remarkable World Heritage site, including the recent UNESCO inscription and the long-anticipated public opening of the Octagon Mound in Newark. This
is a unique opportunity to learn directly from two of the leading experts on Ohio’ s ancient earthworks.
The Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum is located in Historic Roscoe Village at 300 N. Whitewoman St. in Coshocton. Museum hours are Tuesday through Sunday, noon to 4 p. m.
Jackson, from the Ohio State Football National Championship team, will speak at 7 p. m. Thursday, May 15. Doors open at 6 p. m. both nights.
All coaches, players, athletic directors, and students are invited to come and represent by wearing their school colors. A mass choir will sing,“ Jesus Wins.”
