Susan Lucille Brightwell,“ MeMe”, 74, of Coshocton passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 27, 2025. She was born on February 13, 1951, in Coshocton to the late David Brightwell and Lucille“ Her”( Meek) Casey. She was a 1969 graduate of Coshocton High School. She worked at G. E., Ansell Edmont for over 20 years and was currently at ITM Marketing for over 20 years.
She loved spending time with her family, chatting and visiting with friends, attending events for her grandsons and great-granddaughter, and spending time with her two cats and checking on others pets. She also had a passion for working. She was always on the go. She had such a big heart and was adamant to take care of those around her. Always bringing a smile to anyone’ s face with her

laughs, smiles, hugs, kind words and listening ear.
Some of her favorite people called her“ Mom” and“ MeMe”. She loved her daughter, grandsons, and great-granddaughter unconditionally, or as she would say,“ I love you all the way to the moon and back”.

just spending time with them and her daughter. She is a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Brightwell; grandchildren, Brody Brightwell, Jaelen Brightwell Walls and Asher Brightwell-Mainwaring; great granddaughter, Braelen Brightwell.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her fiancé, John Wesley Arman Jr.; Aunt Jean Dickerson and Uncle Dale Meek.
Calling hours were held at The Miller Funeral Home on Monday, April 7, 2025, from 5pm to 7pm and an hour before the service. The funeral service began at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 11am, Pastor Dennis Rinehart officiated. Burial followed at Plainfield Cemetery.

Cathy A. Kirker, 76, of Coshocton passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025. She was born in Coshocton, OH on September 17, 1948, to the late Charles and Laura( Howe) Silverthorn.
Cathy was a member of the Shepherd’ s Christian Assembly Church; had previously worked at Buckeye Fabric, Ansell Edmont, and Hunt- Crawford before retiring. She also enjoyed watching The Ohio State Buckeyes.
Gerald Hains“ Cud” Fox, 83, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
He was born December 29, 1941, at home in Warsaw, the son of John H. and Edith R.( Hains) Fox. He served in the U. S. Navy from December 28, 1959, to December 19, 1962. Prior to his retirement, he worked at Mineral Fiber, Clow, owned a gas station, Peabody Underground, St. Regis, DIO Welding, drove school bus, and finished working in oil fields.
Cud was the past- Commander of American Legion Post # 634. He enjoyed fishing and hunting coon. He also followed the Cleveland Indians and enjoyed watching college basketball.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Shirley( Darr) Fox of Warsaw, whom he married on April 10, 1964; his children, a daughter, Debra( Mike) Briggs, and a son, Michael( Amy) Fox; four

grandchildren, Drew( Caitlin) Fox, Taylor( Ian) Moore, David( Lauren) Briggs, and Chris( Brittany) Briggs; three greatgranddaughters, Emerson Fox, Josie Briggs, and Ember Moore; two sisters, Marilyn G.( Dennis) Reidenbauch, and Wilma J. Bible; two sisters-in-law, Kay Fox, and Connie S. Fox; plus several nieces and nephews.
Cathy is survived by her daughter, Amy( Leon) Lively of Columbus; granddaughter Elena Lively; sister Ellen( Jeff) Howe of Cincinnati; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Joseph Kirker; and daughter Julie Kirker.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert D. Fox and John“ Bill” Fox; brother-inlaw, James N. Bible; his nephew, Brian N. Bible; and his niece, Kelly L. Fox.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 a. m. Monday, April 7, 2025, at Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw, Chaplain Linda Danskin officiated. Burial followed in Valley View Cemetery. Graveside military rites were performed by the Coshocton Co. Joint Veterans Council Honor Guard. Visitation was one hour prior to service time at the funeral home on Monday. FischerFuneralHome. com.
