FUN FACT
Changing the building from a convent to
a university took an unanticipated twist.
The Horizon Building (The Convent) has
historical value. The nuns had to move
out, and with them all religious attributes
including the altar, which had to be
moved in a special religious process.
The nuns recently paid a visit to the
renovated building and were very
impressed.
The cross of the convent is still on top.
The board of the University has yet to
decide whether to keep it or not.
