Q: I play varsity high school baseball and am hoping to play in college. How do I go about applying to schools and talking to coaches ?

A: Well, applying to college as a student athlete is different than applying as a regular student. First, you want to go to tournaments and showcases where colleges that you are interested in will be at. Once you get contacted by these schools, you can then apply and the coaches will work their magic to admit you. For student athletes, there is no deadline for applying so there is no rush. Once you get in, you can discover the scholarship offers that you have, and then pick the school of you me choice.
