Help for Healthcare Heroes
Employees 1st Assistance Fund is making an impact
he COVID 19 pandemic has made it clear that we are all truly in this together . Healthcare professionals are bravely battling the virus , dedicating themselves to healing others even as they , too , experience hardships . To help support these heroes , a grateful community is contributing to the Baylor Scott & White Employees 1st Emergency Assistance Fund .
The fund helps support frontline employees with meals , childcare , lodging assistance , and other unique needs faced during this time , and the assistance allows caregivers to continue taking care of themselves , their families , and patients . Baylor Scott & White Health employees apply to receive assistance from the fund , which is made possible entirely by charitable donations .

To date , more than $ 2.7 million has been raised for this initiative from the community , Baylor Scott & White leadership , employees , and board members . More than 1,800 employees have received
a difference .
