2019 GRADUATES ELIJAH A. FROH THESIS: Adventures in Translation. PLANS AFTER GRADUATION: I plan to pursue a career in law enforcement. MOST IMPORTANT TAKEAWAY: My most important take away from NSA is realizing the importance of tempering our dreams with a love of reality. FAVORITE NSA MEMORY: My favorite memories from NSA are the many broth- erly and fatherly conversations with students and professors. JAMES R. GOODE THESIS: A Reformed Critique of New Covenant Theology. PLANS AFTER GRADUATION: At the moment, I plan on finding a train in need of an engineer. MOST IMPORTANT TAKEAWAY: Building the kingdom of God is best accom- plished in a community; one close not just in ideology, but in proximity as well. FAVORITE NSA MEMORY: The moment when, at the conclusion of my first big choir piece, Dr. Erb gave us a thumbs up (and a half-grin) and we knew we’d nailed it! ELIJAH GREBE THESIS: Who Is to Blame? Vice in the Characters of Othello. PLANS AFTER GRADUATION: Work in accounting and save up for grad school in business. MOST IMPORTANT TAKEAWAY: Question everything. FAVORITE NSA MEMORY: Tragedy recitations with the Michaels (Jones and Helvey) and Froh at Dr. Grieser’s house. PLANS AFTER GRADUATION: Pursuing various interests as I try to decide what to do with my life. MOST IMPORTANT TAKEAWAY: There is beauty in every aspect of life; God created and is sovereign over it all. FAVORITE NSA MEMORY: Getting to know and love all of the fantastic people and fellowshipping with them. BETHANY GRACE HAKIMIAN MICAH HARDING 12 THE COMMONS THESIS: A Case Study: R.H. Benson’s Conversion to Catholicism. PLANS AFTER GRADUATION: I plan to serve my local church, love my wife and kids, and teach the little rascals Greek and Latin. MOST IMPORTANT TAKEAWAY: The kingdom is taken by doing the little things—doing them regularly, intelligently, and cheerfully. FAVORITE NSA MEMORY: Probably handing in that final Latin translation.
