Question 3: What do you think is the biggest transformation in science?
Answer: In the past, people needed many separate things like letters, calculators, cameras, and voice recorders to meet their needs. Over time, technology advanced, and with it, science progressed, leading to the invention of the telephone. Now everyone uses it; it has become a central part of our lives. Following the development of the telephone,“ Artificial Intelligence” has now emerged. This is the most important scientific transformation of our time.
Question 4: What is the place of mathematics in science?
Answer: All sciences originate from mathematics: physics, chemistry, and even sociology. Today, economics faculties develop theories through modelling, and the foundation of this is mathematics. Mathematical modelling is one of the greatest elements that simplifies human life.
Mathematics is used in various fields, from weapons used in wars to cancer treatments and technological advancements like computers. Let’ s consider the role of mathematics in computers: they operate on a binary system, consisting of either 0 or 1. This theory has significantly contributed not only to the invention of computers but also to modern appliances like washing machines and dishwashers.
