Transformation involves not only change but also a complete redefinition of existing systems. The popularization of computers and the internet has become a turning point for everyone, especially students. Gaining useful information and skills has become more accessible than ever, reducing the time and effort needed to find a particular piece of information to just a few seconds. As a result of this transformation, education is no longer confined to physical spaces, thereby reshaping how individuals acquire knowledge and develop skills.
Learning has undergone a significant change in how studies are personalized. While education was once primarily limited to classroom learning, with minimal materials and fastpaced teachers, it is now tailored to the individual needs of students. Because education is no longer restricted to classrooms, students can customize their studies to fit their daily routines, interests, and needs. Each student can select the pace that works best for them, the times they feel most productive, and the subjects they wish to deepen their knowledge in most. These changes have made learning more effective for both students and teachers. to supervise their work. As a result, many students find it difficult to stay motivated and maintain consistent study routines. Another limitation of online learning is the reduced interaction with classmates and peers, since learning primarily takes place online.
Despite its many benefits, this transformation also introduces several challenges. A notable challenge is that students are expected to be self-disciplined and eager to learn because there is no physical instructor present
Ultimately, this transformation demonstrates how education has transformed, balancing independent and flexible learning with the challenges of motivation and reduced social engagement.
