Change in Pain
Ege TEHNELDERE ‣
I was not always like this. Once I broke quietly, In small cracks nobody could notice, In faded promises.
Heartbreak was my first teacher. I learned that change does not ask. It taught me how to grow. In the quiet, I found peace.
Home used to be a safe place. Now it echoes in silence. Problems don’ t arrive suddenly. They grow in silence.
With expectations unmet, Disappointment doesn’ t shout. It hides in hopes that folded away, Like my unsent letters.
Some days don’ t have names. Depression is not a storm. It comes with change. Change doesn’ t always mean good.
The world is also changing. Ice forgets how to be solid, And the seasons are confused. Change doesn’ t always mean good.
