Coping with Challenges of Change and Working towards Future Goals

Have you ever wondered why “ change ” is extremely exaggerated ? People seem to be obsessed with personal , cultural and global changes , so what is this change ?
First of all , although change having a wide scope has different meanings in chemistry or in philosophy , it can be defined as “ physical , mental or spiritual differentiation from the previous time period , the state of being different today from the past ”. One must admit that “ change ”, which sometimes sounds both terrifying and pleasant , has some difficulties , so how to deal with the difficulties of change ? Everyone has a different way of coping with the change . The important thing is to protect mental health from the situations encountered in this process . When it is difficult to cope with a change in life , discontent , fatigue and regret are felt . However , when one is resistant to difficulties , the person comes to his senses and continues on his way .
In addition , one of the golden rules to be applied as to overcome difficulties is to “ accept that change is inevitable ”. A person should prepare himself by imposing this thought on himself , so s / he makes a good start . Of course , it is very important to pay attention to health on this difficult path . It should not be forgotten that while a good sleep and regular nutrition are for physical health , it is also crucial to get social support for mental health . Finally , this process can be easily overcome by being disciplined and not losing motivation .
To sum up , even if a person overcomes this difficult path , it is necessary to set goals for success . Undoubtedly , these people do not hesitate to work for their future goals .
They achieve success with effective goals and continue on their way .
