The Buffalo

The other vital resource of the Comanche Indians was the buffalo. Basically everything the Comanches had came from the buffalo. The women wore heavy robes, especially, during winter, which were made of buffalo hide. The robe was strong enough for the women to place their children in a pouch on their back. Buffalo hide was also used for building teepees, which was specifically used by Great Plains Indians.
