Katie was still sad because she had lost the ones she loved the most but she remembered her mother's wishes and realized that the best way to honor her was by saving as many people as possible, completely killing off the coronavirus and curing all people who had diabetes, so she stopped and headed to do what she did best, cure people.
When she left the hospital, there were thousands of people waiting outside, all of them were silent and humble. Some people carried signs in honor of her mother, others carried flowers, and others had candles. Katie never looked for anything except for finding the cure, but she could not feel more grateful for what people had done for her, her mother was the most important person in her life, and the simple fact that they were honoring her mother was the nicest reward that she could have.
Moral of the story:
Some people might have difficult childhoods, but no matter what, they should always have dreams and goals. The story we create was based on several things like close relatives who love and live that profession, the hard moment the world is going through; and of course, our main character "Katie" who showed her dreams and ideas throughout the story. During the story we could tell that she was not a perfect person (body or mind), she was simply a normal person just like you or me. Through the story, Katie was always clear about her dream and goal which was to finally find a cure for diabetes and save her mother from it; but in the middle of that dream, the coronavirus came to affected everyone and get in the way of her plans. Katie, against adversity, managed to find the cure showing that everything that one sets out to achieve can be obtained. That is why Katie is our modern capeless hero.
In conclusion, one does not need powers to save the world, the most vulnerable people who pray can do great deeds for the good of humanity.
