Women can do it all !

Lebo Leshabane joined iX engineers ( Pty ) Ltd , a product of a partial merger between Worley Parsons PI business and Black Jills Engineers ( Pty ) Ltd consulting business , on 1 October 2016 , as the chief executive officer . And she stands by her credo : women can do it all !
Please outline , briefly , your career path and qualifications .
I was born in South Africa and obtained a BSc degree in Civil Engineering from Wits University , a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering ( GDE ) majoring in Project Management , Property Law and Geotechnical Engineering from Wits University ; and a
Business Management Certificate from UNISA . Thereafter , I was involved in various projects in the civil engineering fraternity , which included design of infrastructure services such as water , roads , sanitation and storm water ; project management , construction management and infrastructure maintenance . I started my career at BT Mongwe & Associates in Midrand in February 2002 as an engineer in training . In February 2003 I moved to Spoornet in Johannesburg as an engineer , part of the project management team that was assessing the Train Monitoring Pilot project worth R300-million . In January 2004 I was transferred to Spoornet Geotechnical Department , where I was responsible for the implementation of the five-year rail rehabilitation plan . In November 2004 I was re-appointed by BT Mongwe & Associates in Midrand as a director , and was involved in the design of township
