Assembly:
Place 1/2 tsp plum jam in the centre of the pastry
in each patty pan.

Fill cases with almond filling, leaving
a 3-4mm gap between the top of
the case and the filling.

Bake in moderate oven (180 degrees celcius) for 15 minutes. When cool, dust with icing sugar.
