Roll lots of small balls of paste
(previously coloured using
cherry red paste) into about the
size of a pea.
Insert a short 28 gauge wire till
it peeks out the top. Then leave
to dry.
Once dry, dust with the red dust and over dust under the berry with
aubergine.
I use a tiny amount of edible black, mixed with a little water of vodka, to
paint the tip of wire sticking out of top of berry.
Spray with the glaze to create the shine. Leave to dry
These are the leaf cutters, wires and veiner I
used. You can demarcate the veins by hand if
you wish, using a Dresden tool to score in.
