Burt after watercolour wash, he’s looking all
shiny because he’s still wet. Oh yes, one word of
caution, when applying watercolour techniques
on fondant, you’ll need to make sure your fondant
is completely dry or it’ll go all tacky and melt. I
left Burt to totally dry out and harden for about a
week before I painted him.
Burt all nice and dry. Depending on humidity and
how much water you applied, it could take a few
days for Burt to dry completely. In this case, it
took about 2 days.
Burt looking exasperated and feeling quite undignified. He’s had quite enough
and just wants Christmas to be over and done with. Poor Burt!
