Snowy Tree Cookies

Make Royal Icing, then thin it with
a few drops of water at a time,
until a line made from dragging
a spatula through the icing
disappears in 5 seconds. Dip the
cookie in the thinned Royal Icing.
Shake off any excess Royal Icing
and allow the icing to dry for
24 hours.
Use a cocktail skewer to pop any
air bubbles in surface of the icing.
