About the Author

Kerry Tang is a self taught cake decorator.
She first found her passion for cake decorating
back in 2009 when she made cupcakes for
her boyfriend’s birthday.
She knew nothing about baking so her friend
taught her how to from a box mix. The curiosity
got the best of her, she then continued to
practice and practice decorating edible works
of art.
Kerry then realised she had a strong passion
for cake decorating. She decided to launch her
own business Cuppy & Cake. Cuppy & Cake is
made from love and focuses on customised
edible works of art that are simple but
detailed!
