Mr Santa Claus
You will need:
• Buttercream
• Black fondant
• Red fondant
• White fondant
• Brown food gel paste dye
• 7cm circle cutter
• Pink food shimmer
• Wilton modeling tool
• Paint brush
• Craft knife
• Fondant roller
• Foam pat or mat
• 0.5 cm circle cutter
• 1cm circle cutter
• 2cm over cutter
Step 1:

Roll out a small proportion of skin
colour fondant and use a 7cm circle
cutter to cut.
Using a craft knife cut out a 7cm
frilled circle and trim two thirds up.

Use a Craft knife to cut out the details
for Mr Santa Claus. Below is a 2cm
oval cutter for the nose, 1cm for the
beard and 0.5cm for the mouth.
Adhere the cut out pieces onto Santa
with a brush and water.
