While the head is setting add another decent pinch of tylose/cmc to the remainder of your brown fondant. Use around 30 grams of your fondant to roll a ball that will become the body. Use the remainder of the fondant to roll out 2 large tear drops and 2 medium tear drops. Once rolled out, use your knife to trim a small amount off the wide ends. Roll 2 balls a little larger than the size of a pea and 2 a little smaller than a pea. Grab your stick tool (or the end of your paint brush if you don’t have this tool) and press to make a hoof. Paint a small amount of water on the sides of the ball and stick the 2 large tear drops around the bottom and the 2 medium close to the top.
