Cover one of the MDF cake
boards with Go Between.
Stretch it out so it’s tight, and
fix it to the back of the board
with sticky tape.

The Go Between should be
smooth on top and the sides
of your board.

I use masking take on the
base board to attach it to the
set up board. You can also
use ganache.

Secure the other 7” cake
board to the set up board.
This is NOT the board covered
in Go Between.

Using a spatula, cover the
entire cake board with
ganache.

Place your bottom cake layer
on the board and give it a
little press and wiggle to stick
it down.
