For the arms
• Use a kebab stick and wrap and #18 guage wire
around the stick
• Insert stick into at least ¾ into the body to ensure
your arm does not twist.
• Roll two even balls for the arms and roll into a thick
log shape as per the legs
• For the arm holding the balloon cut a slit down the
log but leave the top section
• Wet the stick and wrap the fondant around the
stick
• Secure in place
• Flatten the top of the arm and cut out a section to
create a thumb and hand
• Shape the hand flat so it is ready to hold the
presents
• Impression the arm with sharp tool annd leave to
dry
• For your second arm roll your ball of fondant into
a log shape.
• Flatten the top section of the arm to form your
hand
• Cut a slit to create your thumb and fingers
• Using water glue your arm to your body and form
into the hole created earlier
• Hold in place until it stays put
• Position your hand where you like
• Impression with your sharp tool and leave
to dry
