Homemade Italian Ice Cream
The Chocolate Den stock a range of Italian ice cream powders which are absolutely delicious and
easy to use. The ice cream can be made using an ice cream machine or simply a mix master.
To make mix together 250ml milk with 250ml fresh cream. Add the ice cream powder and blend till
smooth. Place in your ice cream maker or mix master.
When ready place in moulds or a bowl in the freezer. Individual ice creams can be dipped into
chocolate ice cream coatings available at The Chocolate Den.

Pistachio, Mascarpone, Caramello, Tiramisu,
Vanilla, White Chocolate and Coconut,
Hazelnut, Chocolate, Mango.
