MINI CHOC MOUSSE CAKE

1. Cut out mini round cakes.
2. Slice cake into thirds.
3. Fill between layers with mousse.
4. Pour chocolate onto a pvc sheet.
5. Wrap collar around mini cake.
6. Set in freezer, then remove.
7. Place stencil over chocolate.
8. Spay with silver edible spray.
