Make this delicious hot chocolate
drink to keep warm this winter.
Use a selection of dark, milk or
white Belgium coverture
chocolate discs and some
delicious home made
marshmallows.
To make simply heat a cup of milk
till boiling. Add 8-12 chocolate
discs to the cup of milk. Stir until
dissolved. Top with delicious
marshmallows

Make your own marshmallows
Melt the mallowhip in your microwave oven for about two minutes. Pour into a mix master bowl.
Beat for 8 minutes till firm. Add colouring and flavouring.
Place cornstarch into a tray. Make indentations into the cornstarch by pressing a mould into it
and then removing the mould. Pipe the marshmallow into the indentations left behind in the
cornstarch. Sprinkle cornstarch over the exposed surface of the marshmallow. After 15 minutes
