Marshmallow Cones
Mallowhip is available at The Chocolate Den in 500g tubs for R28.50 or it can be purchase in a 6.5kg
bucket for only R150.
It needs to be kept refrigerated before use but not once it has been beaten up.
Because Mallowhip sets very quickly it needs to be used within ten minutes of having been beaten.

Melt the
mallowhip in
your
microwave
oven for
about two
minutes.
Pour into a
mix master
bowl.

Pipe the mixture into ice cream
cones and sprinkle with 100's &
1000's

Beat on full
speed for
around 8
minutes.

You
marshmallow
is ready for
use when it
forms soft
peaks.
Use
immediately
as mixture
will set within
10 minutes.
