Charbonneau Car Show
Hot Charbonneau Nights will be
held at the Country Club Aug. 21. If you
or another Charbonneau resident has a
pre-1975 car and would like to show
your car please contact Lindy Ander-

Fourth Friday at Five social event
Another “Fourth Friday at Five”
social event is happening Friday,
March 27 at 5 p.m.
At the event, residents will enjoy
a light supper from one of our ap-
proved caterers.
Be sure to bring your own bever-
age and enjoy the company of your
fellow Charbonneau neighbors. If
you know someone who has recent-
ly moved to Charbonneau, be sure
to let them know about this event
and how they can buy tickets,
which are $5. It would be nice to in-
vite newcomers to sit with you,
make them feel welcome and intro-
duce them to others.
To attend, you will need to pur-
chase a ticket, which go on sale at 9
a.m. Monday, March 2. We will not
have a sign-in sheet, you must wait
in line to purchase your tickets.
Keep in mind that the line will form
before 9 a.m. and this event sells
out quickly. This event is for Char-
bonneau residents only and you
may only by tickets for the people
in your household.
As an added plus, CCC Board
members will be on hand to discuss
the latest Charbonneau news and an-
swer any questions you may have.
AARP Smart Driver Course
An AARP Smart Driver Course will
be held at Charbonneau Country Club
Monday and Tuesday, March 16-17
from 1-4 p.m. each day. The class is
limited to the first 30 to sign up.

The discount continues for three
years for those under 70, two years for
those over 70.
No driving or final examination is
required. This course curriculum is
the product of years of research, input
from dedicated volunteers and insight
from experts across the transporta-
tion and driver safety industries.

The course fee is $15 for AARP
members and $20 for non-members.
Checks should be made payable to
AARP. The class will be taught by an
AARP volunteer.
WilsonvilleSTAGE to perform at
CCC in March
Come join us as WilsonvilleStage
presents James Goldman’s “The Li-
on in Winter.”
Three performances will be held
at the Charbonneau Clubhouse: 7:30
p.m. Saturday, March 28; 2:30 p.m.
and 7:30 p.m. Sunday, March 29.

office. Tickets are $18 general ad-
mission and $15 for seniors.
Charbonneau’s Easter Egg Hunt
happens April 11
Charbonneau residents are invited
to register their children or grandchil-
dren (ages 1-6), to participate in the
free Charbonneau Easter Egg Hunt to
be held Saturday, April 11, outside, be-
hind the Country Club.
Be sure the children dress for the
weather and arrive in time to greet
the Easter Bunny who will arrive at
9:30 a.m. for some photo opportunities.
Tutu the Clown will greet the children
and conduct some pre-hunt activities.
At 9:55 a.m., the Easter Bunny
and Tutu will lead the children in
an Easter Parade and, then, start
the hunt promptly at 10 a.m.
We will have an Easter basket
for each child to use. After the
hunt, the children will bring back
the basket and we give them a
“goodie bag” in return, along with
their found eggs.
The deadline for registration is
Friday, April 3, so the Easter Bunny
