He noted that current dues, at $77 per month, are well below $101, the approximate amount that monthly dues are currently allowed to be. McLain welcomed residents to the Fireside Chat and introduced three of his Board colleagues, Gene Tish, Gary Newbore and Levi Smith, who joined him to learn firsthand about resident concerns, and to provide information to facilitate discussion and learning.
