The class begins at 3 p.m. in the Club- house Fireplace Room. Charbonneau residents are invited to bring their own beverage of choice (some snacks will be provided). Register in the CCC office. The cost of the class is just $20, which includes all the supplies. Have fun “painting” valentines and “pouring” wine with your Charbonneau friends. Valentine’s Day event Looking for something fun to do for Valentine’s Day? Come to the Country Club for appetizers and entertainment Friday, Feb. 14. Doors open at 5 p.m. Be sure to bring your beverage of choice (BYOB). Our entertainment, professional pi- ano duo Roger and Nancy Wilhite, will bring us music and song with their du- eling pianos from 6-7 p.m. The Wil- hites are both retired school teachers with master’s degrees in music and just happen to have been childhood sweethearts. How fitting for Valen- tine’s Day! Purchase your tickets in the CCC office for just $25. Bingo at the CCC Do you like to play Bingo? If so, sign up in the CCC office to play it Friday, Feb. 21, at the Charbonneau Club- house. Bring your beverage of choice and an appetizer to share at 4 p.m. Bin- go will begin at 4:30 p.m. Canned food donations (three cans of unexpired food per Bingo card) is how you will ac- quire your Bingo cards. Let’s help re- plenish the Food Bank and have fun at the same time. Items that can be donat- ed include: canned goods such as tuna, fruit and hearty soups; cereal, hot and cold; jellies and jam (sorry we cannot accept homemade); hygiene items such as shampoo, toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent and deodorant. Yes, there will be prizes for the winners! In lieu of canned food, you can pur- chase BINGO game cards for a $3 do- nation, by check. The class is limited to the first 36 people who sign up. Please check your schedule and consider taking this important course so you are prepared to save someone’s life.
