A AARP Smart Driver Course An AARP Smart Driver Course will be held at Charbonneau Country Club Monday and Tuesday, March 16 and 17, from 1-4 p.m. each day. The class is lim- ited to the first 30 to signup. Those over 55 may qualify for a discount on their automobile insurance. The dis- count continues for three years for those under 70, two years for those over 70. No driving or final examination is re- quired. This course curriculum is the product of years of research, input from dedicated volunteers, and insight from experts across the transportation and driver safety industries. Register in the CCC office at 503-694- 2300 or email Office@Charbonneau- CountryClub.com. The course fee is $15 for AARP members and $20 for non-members. Checks should be made payable to AARP. The class will be taught by an AARP volunteer.
