GOVERNING DOCUMENT COMMITTEE
Your Charbonneau Country Club Board of Directors is preparing to form
a “Governing Documents Committee” to study whether it is feasible
and desirable to amend and restate the Club’s Conditions Covenant and
Restrictions (CCRs) and Bylaws. The Committee will consist of five Board
appointees, at least two of which will be current Board members.
This committee will be charged with reporting back to the Board with a
recommendation no later than December 31, 2020. It is anticipated that
the committee will meet up to twice a month for two to three hours per
meeting. Meetings will be held on weekdays during normal business
hours.
If you are interested in serving on this committee, please send a letter
of interest to the Charbonneau Country Club office. Please include a
statement of what you believe to be your qualifications for serving on
this committee, and why you are interested in serving.
