dancing for over 20 years and they
would like to share with you some of
what they have learned so you can
experience the joy of dance. For the
most part they will teach American
style which can be used in ballroom,
country western and night club set-
tings. In the first five lessons, they
will focus on the four-count hustle be-
cause it can be learned very quickly
and it can be used for slow dances,
cha cha cha, and, of course, the hustle
which is the most common dance
played since 1970. The four-count hus-
tle is also a very good foundational
dance for the east coast swing, fox-
trot, waltz, rumba and meringue.
Charbonneau resident Randy Hitz
was a university dean of education for
27 years and is looking forward to teach-
ing you how to dance. If you have dance
questions, call Randy at 503-853-4891.
