The production features Mi- chael Sharon, a regional equity actor who has worked for Portland Center Stage, Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, as the cultured Frenchman Emile de Bec. Other cast members include Kelly Sina as Nellie, Matthew Brown as Cable and Kelsey Hoeffel as Bloody Mary. To enhance the audience’s experi- ence, Clackamas Rep will provide a pre- show lecture on World War II and U.S./ Japan relations one hour before each performance by Dr. Jackie Flowers, a U.S. History professor at Clackamas Community College, and actor/director talkbacks following the Friday night performances on Aug. 9, 16 and 23. We were given a private tour by Lisa Nolen and Becca Brownlee. In the past four years we have donated nearly $250,000. Our monies have been designated for research. Lisa will be speaking on behalf of OHSU at our September tournament and will give an update on research proj- ects.
