As the customer’s help is crucial to the company trust must be installed between both parties so the company must be ethical towards the society and the environment and must install a platform where it is possible to work in improving but also acquiring a big network of customers which can trust one and another. This customer focused could adapt mass customisation and so target the minorities and niches in the market of that specific market. They can also try and tailor the product specifically for a customer and make the whole product individual and totally customised. All 3 strategies could be combine and are somehow complementary for create a successful company.
