PLANNING SEMINAR
Wiltshire’s property experts are coming together to stage a
seminar, giving developers an insight into recent changes in
planning rules. Since 2012 the Government have introduced a
raft of planning measures to help deliver housing and to kick
start economic growth. From 2013 the rights to change the
use of properties without the need for planning permission
have been temporarily relaxed.
The relaxed regulations mean that existing
office accommodation can be converted
into flats and housing to help boost
housing stock and support better financial
returns for property owners with negligible
planning fees.
